Mindfulness Retreat in English at Stone Hill College, Easton, MA. This retreat will be lead by our teacher Thich Nhat Hanh and a delegation of monks and nuns from the Plum Village, Blue Cliff and Deer Park Monasteries.

IMPORTANT NOTICE-Registration is now being held open at this retreat because the Blue Cliff Monastery Retreat has reached capacity. But please register sooner rather than later while there is still space available.
In this retreat, we shall learn and practice together the methods living mindfully in each moment. With the practice of mindful breathing, mindful walking, mindfully performing our daily activities, we learn to relax and to release tensions in our body and mind, to take care of ourselves and our family, and to be a peaceful force of change for our society and our world. It is possible to be peace, joy, and hope.
